In this one on one session (in person or virtual), we discuss your health concerns and goals. With active ears and an open heart, Abbie will provide you with a holistic plan to help achieve your goals. We will discuss ways to optimize your nutrition, incorporate movement in your daily life, reconnect with yourself, and include herbal allies into your every day.

Unsure if a herbal consultation is right for you? We cover topics such as digestion, sleep issues, reproductive health, skin issues, as well as mood and energy support.

Herbal consultations are 1-1.5 hour in length, and cost $75.

Herbs will be available to purchase for an extra cost.
