This complete cooking service includes a customized menu, grocery shopping, meals fully prepared and stored in labeled containers.

How it works:

 

• First, we will schedule a complimentary in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your health goals, food preferences, and overall nutritional needs for your lifestyle. 

 

• Abbie will then create custom menu options for you, where you will be able to select your menu items for your cook session. 

 

• On the day of service, Abbie will procure your grocery items and arrive at your home ready to prepare all your meals in your kitchen. It will take approximately 4 hours or more to prepare your selected menu items. All meals will be stored in labeled containers and placed in your refrigerator or freezer. The kitchen will be left spotless and you will be left with all your delicious meals ready to heat and eat. A printed menu will also be included to help you keep track of your meals for the week along with any specific reheating instructions.

 

The custom meal service can be also delivered to your home for an extra fee.
