By supporting the mother first and foremost, Abbie offers emotional, physical and practical support in the postpartum period.

How it works: 

• We will set up an introductory phone call to see if we are a good fit. 

• Next, we will schedule an in person meeting in your home and go over your postpartum plan.

• Together we will create the postpartum support plan for once baby arrives. This can also include added services of postpartum herbal sitz bath support, custom herbal tea and tincture blends, customized meals, and grocery shopping.
